i like how when the key changes it fits into the theme, its sort of like both sides trying to control how the song goes, but in the end we're left at Luz's key, which brings up the fact that hunter may be willing to adjust his thinking

The music change fits so well as well because of the different tones of the songs. Luz’s part, the cover, is more upbeat and hopeful, and hunter’s part, the original recording, is more toned down and less upbeat to reflect each of their personalities. I’m not sure if that was intentional but I really like it.

So I suck at talking more specifically, conveying my feelings is a hard and tedious endeavor, but for this, I'll give it a go. basically, I think this video was masterfully done I love the song (it's my second favorite of the greatest showmans line up behind "this is me") I think you did a great job mixing two versions of the song to mimic a real conversation between hunter and luz and most importantly, when it comes to music videos, no matter how good it sounds if the visuals don't both fit the rythym and lyrics of the song and convey the proper emotion, the how thing ends up falling flat, and frankly it's where a lot of amvs drop the ball, but in your case I think it's where you shine the brightest. Seriously, the animations are all well done, they actually look like the characters (luz actually looks like luz), and there is so much emotion on display, luz showcasing her patented wide eyed optimism throwing her arms around hunter in a playful manor and pushing away the castle of emperor belos showcasing her distate with stifling authority. and hunter balking at the absurdity of becoming a wanted felon like luz and her friends, trying to convince her and himself that he's happy where he is, as emperor belos enforcer, only to still leave with an air of melancholy still unsure of himself and his decisions. Also, the air quotations when he says "you say im trapped in" seriously that just gives me life. Honestly the only "issue" I could find was that the changeover between the two versions was a bit rushed in a few places. Really, this video was well made I thank you for the hard work you put into it and I look forward to watching this again and seeing what you do in the future (if you feel like it,good luck at college btw) 8/10 rating, thumbs up and subscribe.
